Concrete Pump Truck Operator – Full-Time

AHRS Construction is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Concrete Pump Truck Operator. This position is ideal for an experienced operator or someone interested in building a long-term career in the construction industry. Training is available for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds — including experienced construction workers, CDL drivers, trade school graduates, and recent high school graduates ready to enter the workforce.
Position Overview
This role involves operating and maintaining a concrete pump truck on commercial and residential job sites within approximately a 100-mile radius of Bern, Kansas. No overnight travel required.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid CDL Class A license required
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment (Schwing pump experience is a plus)
- Solid driving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Strong reliability and safety mindset
