Role Description The Medical Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role located in Meriden, CT. This role is responsible for greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring accurate collection of patient information and documentation. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, updating electronic records, and coordinating with clinical staff to support a smooth patient flow. Qualifications
- Strong Appointment Scheduling skills, including managing calendars and coordinating follow-up visits.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, such as greeting patients, routing calls, and managing front desk inquiries.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer applications (email, scheduling software, word processing).
