Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller at our office in Florence, MS. The Controller will oversee financial operations, including maintaining budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll functions, and financial forecasting. The Controller will work closely with leadership to provide insights to support business decisions and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management
- Experience with compliance, policy implementation, and regulatory standards
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus- May be substituted with years of experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Salary Range
- $85,000- $105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
