What You’ll Do
As a Valet Attendant, you will help create a great first and last impression for guests by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles
- Handling vehicle keys and parking tickets responsibly
- Assisting guests with directions or basic questions
- Maintaining an organized valet area
- Communicating with other valet team members during busy periods
- Following company safety and customer service standards
- Representing Midsouth Concierge professionally at all times
