Position Summary : Internship Program Overview - Midrex’s 2026 Summer Internship Program offers an immersive assignment to undergraduate and graduate students, enhancing their understanding of the business world through valuable, hands-on experience with a people centric organization. Midrex offers a 20-40 hour per week, paid internship that begins with an orientation in May and concludes in early August.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The internship will consist of a tiered ticketing-based assignments to broaden learning, experience, organizational knowledge and business acumen. Potential Areas of Learning:

The internship will consist of a tiered ticketing-based assignments to broaden learning, experience, organizational knowledge and business acumen. Potential Areas of Learning:
- Technical Support – Respond to teammate generated tickets to resolve basic IT issues.
- Documentation – Log and track incidents and resolutions in the IT ticketing system, creating knowledge articles for future use.
- Asset Management – Assist with the buildout, repair and refreshing of computers based on specific teammate needs.
Required:
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and general troubleshooting practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
