Role Description The DCS Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kennewick, WA, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of data center projects. This position coordinates pre site deployment tasks, resources, and documentation, ensuring that project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are met. The coordinator works closely with project managers and superintendents to track progress, communicate updates, and resolve issues that may impact timelines or scope. Daily activities include maintaining project records, preparing status reports, assisting with procurement and inventory tracking, reviewing/coordinating travel requests, and helping ensure compliance with company processes and safety requirements. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and support continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination or project administration in technology, construction, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Comfort with basic technical concepts in data centers, structured cabling, and enterprise technology (AV, security, IT/wireless) or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software, document management systems).
