We are a wholesale distribution company serving convenience stores and retail businesses. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team in Pensacola, Florida.
Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, productivity, and teamwork are essential.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates a strong work ethic, maintains a positive attitude, and understands the importance of being reliable.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders according to invoices.
- Verify product descriptions, quantities, and packaging to minimize picking errors.
- Organize and prepare completed orders for delivery.
- Stock merchandise and replenish picking locations.
- Identify and report inventory shortages, damaged products, and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Complete assigned downtime tasks, including cleaning, stocking, and organizing.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and order accuracy expectations.
- Communicate respectfully with supervisors and coworkers.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work and the ability to consistently arrive on time are required.
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and accept constructive feedback.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for coworkers.
