'We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure our Tanning wellness spa facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for all clients. Based in the West Michigan, this role is vital in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency to support our mission of providing exceptional Tanning bed, Spray Tanning & wellness experiences.'
Responsibilities
' Perform routine inspections and maintenance of Tanning & wellness spa equipment and facilities.
- Equipment Maintenance: Repairing and maintaining UV beds, sunless tanning units, Red Light equipment & spa wellness equipment.
- Facility Upkeep: General cleanliness, Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical issues, and plumbing as needed, building and repairs,
- Lamp Changes: Performing routine lamp replacements in tanning equipment.
- Inventory & Reporting: Managing parts inventory and completing daily/weekly reports.
- Vehicle maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all Stores, office & maintenance areas.
- Collaborate with owners and staff to address facility needs promptly.
- Assist with setup for special events or new equipment installations.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Travel: Daily travel to assigned studios in Grand Haven, Holland and Greater Grand Rapids with a company vehicle provided.
- On-Call: Potential for on call over time during peak demand or in case of of immediate crisis

- Qualifications
' Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
- Light Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to use computer
- Have Cell phone
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing , geting on roofs or ladders for extended periods.'

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
