We're hiring a Team Member to join MidnighTreats!
We are hiring for our new store location in Reston Town Center!
The role of a Team Member consists of interacting with customers, baking cookies throughout the day, serving walk-in customers, packaging to-go/delivery orders, and cleaning at the end of each shift. Additionally, this role must be comfortable working alone after sufficient training.
Pay: We guarantee a pay rate of at least $16-$20/hr ($12-$16/hr base pay tips) - based on experience.
We're a startup that believes in taking care of our team members and value their input, making this role ideal for someone who is comfortable communicating and sharing their thoughts. This person needs to be someone comfortable working with customers and staff to workshop any issues that might come up.
Requirements
- Able to work at least 1 weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous food service experience required
- Able to work alone and be productive
- Comfortable talking with customers
- Comfortable working late
