Position Overview
We're seeking motivated and friendly part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our night team. You'll play a key role in helping customers find what they need, operating the register, and keeping our store organized and welcoming during the busiest hours. The current roles to be fulfilled are 30-35 hours/week, 4 days/week from 4 PM-Midnight.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection tailored to their preferences
- Operate cash register, complete sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Ensure compliance with all age and ID verification policies
- Maintain tidy, well-stocked shelves, displays, and product counters
- Clean and organize sales and display areas at closing
- Remain up-to-date on new products, regulations, and safety procedures
- Uphold a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor at all times while on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous experience in retail, convenience, or tobacco/vape shops is a plus
- Availability to work until midnight 4 days/week.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and able to work independently during evening hours
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Willingness to comply with local, state, and federal sales regulations
