Experience
Previous repossession experience is preferred but not required. We proudly train motivated individuals who have experience in towing, trucking, heavy equipment, or other hands-on industries. If you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
