Job Summary
We are seeking a Custom Apparel Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day internal functions of Midnight Creations. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our production floor, ensuring every order meets our high standards for quality and efficiency. While primarily an internal management role, you will also serve as a professional representative of the brand at local community and networking events.

Duties
Custom Apparel Production Workflow
- Oversee the end-to-end production of custom apparel orders, including both digital printing and high-end embroidery projects.
- Ensure all digital artwork is optimized and production-ready using modern AI-assisted software and image enhancement tools.
- Coordinate inventory management for wholesale apparel and production supplies to maintain a seamless workflow.
Operations & Communication
- Manage high-volume client communication through Microsoft Outlook, ensuring responses are professional, timely, and organized.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for invoicing, payment tracking, and basic financial administration.
- Continuously evaluate and implement AI and digital tools that increase the speed and accuracy of our custom apparel operations.
External Engagement & Professionalism
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Midnight Creations at local networking groups and Chamber of Commerce events with professional confidence.
- Client Consultation: Handle walk-ins and phone inquiries, providing expert advice on custom apparel options and project feasibility.
- Local Outreach: Occasionally visit local businesses and organizations to build rapport and discuss their custom branding needs.

Requirements:
- Office Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and digital project organization. Must be able to manage a busy inbox and calendar with precision.

- Social Media Savvy: Strong knowledge of all social platforms with the ability to learn to use them to enhance the brand and connect with the local community.
