Midnight Coffee is looking for a dependable Kitchen Team Member to help prepare fresh food, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with food, takes pride in doing things the right way, and works well as part of a team. Kitchen experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Prepare menu items following our recipes and standards.
- Bake pastries and other baked goods.
- Prep ingredients for daily service.
- Label, date, and rotate food properly.
- Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean throughout the shift.
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
- Receive and organize deliveries.
- Help keep the kitchen stocked and ready for service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions are available. Morning, daytime, and weekend availability is preferred.
