Qualifications:
- Experience working in non-climate-controlled environments- automotive detailing experience a plus!
- Track record of hiring, training, and developing a detail technician team.
- Experience performing quality checks on vehicles to ensure that they have been fully cleaned and prepared for the customer to take possession after repairs and/or product installations have been completed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong amount of emotional intelligence.
