Job Description
Midlands Mechanical, Inc. is ready to start you on a new and exciting career as an Apprentice Plumber/Pipefitter/Welder! We will teach you all you need to know to perform layout and installation of piping/plumbing systems.
When you begin your apprenticeship, you will be taught to read blueprints and learn about the installation, testing, repair, inspection and maintenance of a variety plumbing and piping systems. This is done by measuring, cutting, bending and joining pipe by welding, brazing, soldiering, gluing or threading joints of pipe or tubing made of cast iron, steel, copper or plastic. Travel is required.

Ability to lift a minimum of 100 pounds on a regular basis
Basic understanding of math, basic algebra and geometry
Provide own transportation to and from work site
