Competitive Pay & Bonuses (2nd Shift)
- Pay Range for LPNs - Up to $34.50 / hour (including differentials) $36.50 on weekends!
- Pay Range for RNs - Up to $41.50 / hour (including differentials) $43.50 on weekends!

Your Role as a Nurse: As an LPN or RN, you are the backbone of our resident care. Your day-to-day includes:
- Clinical Excellence: Providing high-quality clinical care (assessments, IV infusion, tube feeding, etc.).
- Leadership: Leading and supervising a dedicated team of care personnel.
- Collaboration: Work directly with the DON & ADON to meet resident goals.
- Documentation: Utilizing PCC systems to ensure seamless, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A valid Iowa (or compact) LPN or RN license.
- Technical proficiency in catheterization and IV infusion.
- A heart for long-term care and diverse populations.
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to work in a high-performing, 4-star environment.
