Midlands Family Medicine provides comprehensive primary healthcare services to the entire family.
We're looking for an experienced, eager-to-learn receptionist to join our fast-paced team. Our receptionists must be able to manage a variety of tasks including greeting patients and answering phones, setting up appointments, collecting patient information and taking messages. The ideal candidate will be able to keep track of multiple priorities, solve problems and multi-task efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Answer walk-in patients.
- Facilitate customer relationships.
- Handle customer requests.
- Determine purpose of visit.
- Schedule appointments.
- Set up appointments using phone and computer systems.
- Collecting all needed documentation, demographic information and Insurance information.
- Collect payments and write receipts.
- Relay messages to nurses and doctors.
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
