  • Plan, create, publish, and optimize content that drives engagement and supports measurable marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with Midland's digital advertising agency to conceptualize, create, and deliver compelling creative assets for paid campaigns. Work together to test new creative approaches, analyze performance, and continuously refine content that drives enrollment and brand awareness.
  • Monitor content performance and provide reporting and recommendations to continually improve results across organic and paid channels.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes while identifying new opportunities to expand Midland's digital presence.
  • Partner with departments across campus to uncover authentic stories and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Provide guidance and training to campus partners managing Midland-affiliated social media accounts, helping maintain a cohesive institutional voice.
  • Support broader content marketing initiatives through audience insights, social listening, and evolving content strategies.
  • Provide live digital coverage of campus events, including occasional evenings and weekends.

What You'll Bring

  • Professional experience creating digital content and managing social media for an organization or brand.
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices, content strategy, paid social creative, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and use data to improve creative and content strategy.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Commitment to maintaining Midland's brand standards while pushing creative work forward.
