Location: Midland Trail Animal Hospital - Barboursville, WV
Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time
Midland Trail Animal Hospital is a brand-new, modern veterinary clinic opening its doors to serve our community with compassionate, high-quality care. MTAH will place a focus on daytime emergency, urgent care, and critical care. We are slated to open in August 2026. We are looking to form a team focused on kindness, teamwork, and a genuine love for animals. As we grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic Client Service Representatives to help shape our culture and provide exceptional patient care from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-ins, scheduling, and client communications
- Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support veterinarians and technicians with smooth daily workflow
- Maintain a clean, calm, and organized reception area
What We’re Looking For
- A love for animals and a genuine desire to help people
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with computers and scheduling software, previous experience with Ezyvet preferred
- Previous veterinary or medical reception experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
