The System Support Specialist:
To assist our growing business, Midland Tool is seeking to hire a Systems Support Specialist that will assist in ensuring proper operations. Midland expects this individual will have an upbeat attitude and provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of Midland’s growing customer base and organizational needs.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Support
- Inventory Systems Support
- ERP System Support
- Asset Management Support
- IT Support
- Reporting
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Experience and Skills:
- Some industry experiences
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College educated or college student preffered
- Ability to problem solve on the job
- Ability to maintain schedule flexibility to meet job needs
- Ability to multitask initiatives
- Office365 Admin
- Excel, X-Lookup, V-Lookup, Pivot
- Maas365, SSMS, SQL, Epicor P21, Marginpoint, Alpha Voice experience a plus
- Will provide training
- Occasional Travel
- Valid Drivers License
