What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Originators & Producing Team Leads position at Midland States Bank?
I’m looking to add an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer or producing Team Lead to our team in the Rockford/Northern Illinois market.
This is an opportunity for an established mortgage professional who has built strong Realtor, builder and community relationships and wants a platform that can help them continue growing their business.
At Midland States Bank, our Mortgage Loan Originators have access to the resources of a community bank, a broad range of mortgage solutions, local leadership and an experienced mortgage operations team to help them serve their customers and referral partners.
For the right candidate, I’m also interested in discussing a Team Lead opportunity for someone who wants to continue producing while helping us grow and develop our presence in Northern Illinois.
I’m particularly interested in talking with mortgage professionals who:
• Have a proven track record of self-sourced mortgage production
• Have established Realtor, builder and referral-partner relationships
• Know the Rockford/Northern Illinois market
• Are focused on delivering a strong customer experience
• Want to continue growing their personal production
• May be interested in taking on additional leadership responsibility
