Surgical Services RN Director – Arkansas
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 Relocation Assistance
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven perioperative leader to oversee a high-volume surgical program within a 175-bed medical center. Reporting to the CNO, you'll lead operations across the OR, PACU, Pre/Post-Op, Outpatient Surgery, and Endoscopy, supporting a team of approximately 80 FTEs.
What You'll Do
- Provide full operational and clinical oversight of surgical services
- Drive OR performance metrics including case volume, turnover times, and block utilization
- Lead staffing, budgeting, and departmental operations
- Ensure quality, compliance, and patient-centered care
- Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and outcomes
What You Bring
- RN license required
- 3 years of Director-level experience
- BSN required; advanced degree preferred
- Strong perioperative background (OR, PACU, Pre/Post, Endoscopy)
- Experience leading large teams (60 FTEs preferred)
