Small community hospital looking to bring on Surgical Services Director! Relocation!
Accountable for the clinical, operational, and fiscal performance of all designated units. Position oversees the execution of short- and long-term strategies to support organizational goals pertinent to the hospital campus, establishes and ensures compliance with standards of clinical care, and maintains accountability for staffing, quality, safety, service and clinical excellence throughout these areas. Other responsibilities include assisting Clinical Managers with Evidence Based Leadership, supporting nursing professional practice, and responding to any patient or physician’s complaints in an administrative leadership role.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Texas.
- BSN required, MSN preferred.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- 3 years of nursing management experience at Manager and above level
- At least 2 years of experience in surgical nursing.
