Looking for is a Registered Nurse (RN) Director, Surgical Services who is a strategic RN leader with extensive experience directing Surgical Services operations and advancing perioperative excellence. Demonstrated success in leading complex surgical departments, managing resources, and aligning clinical practice with quality, safety, and financial performance goals while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and patient-centered care with these qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Current RN license required.
- 3 years experience in a Director role.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Advanced degrees (MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA) strongly preferred.
- Experience working in PACU, Pre-Op, Post-Op, Gastro, and Surgery preferred
- Experience managing 60 FTE's or more preferred
