Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Nurse Director Critical Care! Bonus Incentives! Full relocation!
Director level candidates 2-3 years, Manager level candidates 3-5 years. Reports to CNO. Position is day shifts, Virginia RN license or reciprocation, BSN required, Master's preferred. Room for growth within this hospital/division. This role is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing critical care services, and we're seeking candidates with a strong clinical background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive both quality and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- BSN from a school of nursing or within 1 year of employment.
- BLS (issued by approved agencies).
- MSN, MBA, or MHA preferred
- 3 years experience as a RN in a nursing leadership role with demonstrated proficiency in leadership and management.
- 2 years experience at Director Level in healthcare setting preferred.
- National Certification in specialty, nursing administration or ACHE within one year of employment.
- Current professional nursing organization membership or ACHE.
