Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Director Care Management! Bonus Incentive Program and Full Relocation!
Utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in the perioperative setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. Knowledgeable in all surgical procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. Manage patient loads in assigned timelines. Reports to the CNO.
Qualifications:
- Current state RN license
- Bachelor’s Degree, MSN preferred
- At least 1 year of Hospital Case Management Leadership experience
- BLS
