POSITION: Facility Design Special Projects Foreman
EXEMPT STATUS: Non-Exempt
NUMBER OF DAYS: According to district approved calendar
DEPARTMENT: School Plant Services
REPORTS TO: Director of Facility Design
SUPERVISES: As assigned
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE:
- Two years of prior documented experience as a construction superintendent or similar
experience in the construction or architectural fields.

Position Function/Purpose
Oversee the daily operation and duties assigned to the Special Projects Forman as assigned by the Facility Design Supervisor or the Executive Director of School Plant & Construction Services. This position will facilitate and assist with the planning, and processing of work and work orders, for all annual assigned duties including holding safety audits, elevator inspections, general building maintenance inspections, etc. This position will facilitate the planning, coordination of work, and documentation of work, complete all assigned special projects pertaining to building systems, energy grants, building maintenance audits, etc. |
