Midland Fund Raising is hiring an in-person Inside Sales Representative for our Midland, MI office. This is a daytime, Monday–Friday sales role with $18.50/hour base starting pay, uncapped commission, paid training, and no nights, weekends, or holidays.
This is a good fit for someone who is reliable, competitive, comfortable talking on the phone, and motivated by goals. This is an outbound sales role where you will call schools, daycares, teams, and organizations nationwide to help them set up fundraising programs.
We provide paid training, scripts, coaching, and a proven program. You bring the work ethic, consistency, and willingness to improve.
What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily
- Speak with schools, daycares, teams, and organizations about fundraising opportunities
- Present our brochure and online fundraising programs clearly and confidently
- Build rapport, answer questions, and close sales
- Follow a proven script while learning how to make it your own
- Track your performance and work toward weekly goals

Requirements
- Must work in person at our Midland, MI office
- Must live within a reasonable commute or be relocating before starting
- Must be available for a daytime Monday–Friday schedule
- Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Must have clear communication skills
- Must be dependable
