Midland Care is now hiring for an Outside Clinic Appointment Scheduler.
Summary:
As an Outside Clinic Appointment Scheduler at our PACE Center, you will provide crucial support to the clinical staff by overseeing the entire appointment scheduling process, including arranging transportation, escorts, and assisting patients in getting ready. In addition to appointment scheduling, you will be responsible for various administrative duties to support the clinic operations.
*Midland Cares Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities.
Employment Status: Full Time | Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $16/hour (based on experience)
Employment Location: Topeka

Qualifications
Required: Must possess a valid Kansas Drivers License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. Must have at least one year experience working with the frail and elderly.
Preferred: One year of experience. Current Medical Assistant Certification or Certified Nursing Aide.
