What You'll Do
- Operate a pem-setting machine to press PEMs and other hardware into metal components
- Follow work instructions and part drawings to ensure correct hardware placement
- Inspect parts to verify accuracy and quality standards are met
- Handle materials and finished parts safely and efficiently
- Work as part of a team to keep production moving on schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with manufacturing equipment
- Ability to stand, lift, and work in a production environment
- Reliability and a positive attitude-this role is critical to our workflow
- Prior fabrication or assembly experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate
- 4-day work week - enjoy Fridays off every week
