Job Summary
We are looking for a person who is friendly, charismatic, who can help customers and help fellow staff with various aspects of retail sales, installation, and service work. You will need to develop product knowledge to that end.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers, in the store, on the phone, and on the internet.
Schedule job site visits
Schedule service calls
Filing
Creating reports
Assist with sales
Use the point-of-sale program
Qualifications
High School diploma
Self-starter
Proficient in Word, Excel, various applications
Good communicator
Quick learner
Friendly and personable
