- Background as an HVAC technician or in a related role.
- Familiarity with refrigerant operations and boiler systems.
- Experience in appliance and equipment repair is advantageous.
- Capability to execute plumbing related to HVAC functions is desirable.
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license are essential.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
