*Job Summary*
We are seeking a talented Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing images, the ability to self-motivate, and the desire to succeed on a team in an open-door office setting. This position does not offer the ability to work remotely or from home. Due to the nature of our sometimes fragile roadways, we require that the applicant live on, or have plans to relocate to, Hatteras Island.

- Work with homeowners, vendors, and staff to schedule, prep, shoot, edit, and load necessary virtual tours and still photos of our full inventory of homes as needed.
- Edit and retouch still images using various software, particularly Adobe Photoshop.
- Utilize art direction skills to ensure the desired look and feel of the photographs
- Manage post-production tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
*Experience*
- Proven experience in photography or related field
- Proficiency in photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Additional Functions:
- Performs other related work as required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT (S)
- Possession of a valid North Carolina Driver's license.
- Must reside on Hatteras Island
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
