Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in customer retention and maximizing revenue through direct customer interaction. The Customer Sales Specialist should provide superior service to new and existing tenants.

Duties:

  • Provide outstanding customer support to new and existing tenants, to ensure ongoing business with Reliant.
  • Thorough examination of new rental accounts to ensure proper completion of all required leasing paperwork.
  • Management of emails, Podium and SMS tasks to ensure timely response and communication with leads and existing tenants.
  • Review all rental agreements for e-signatures.
  • Management for invoices: Billing, Refunds, Credits
  • Administer tenant unit transfers.
  • Field Customer complaints and provide proper resolutions.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
  • Keyboard/typing 40 WPM minimum.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with the following software: SiteLink, Podium
  • Self-storage work experience.
  • Customer Service experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
  • Able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Able to perform desk/computer tasks for extended periods of time.

Pay: $24.04 per hour
