Position Overview:
The Associate will gain hands-on experience in various branch operations and core departments, learning the full range of deposit and loan products. Through structured training and rotations, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the key aspects of operations while working directly with our management team to hone your leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of branch operations and core department functions.
- Assist with member services, loan processing, and retail banking functions.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
- Complete assignments and projects as part of your development in key areas of the business.
The Emerging Professional Development Program:
This program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders at MIDFLORIDA. As an Associate, you will gain valuable mentorship from senior managers, participate in classroom training, and develop practical skills through real-world experience in one of these tracks:
- Branch Retail
- Consumer Lending
- Finance
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Leadership experience in personal, academic, or professional settings
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including Monday through Friday (7:00AM-7:00PM) and Saturdays (8:00AM-1PM)
- Ability to commute to Lakeland, Florida during the program
- Willingness to relocate within Florida after successful completion of the program (relocation assistance may be available)
