Position Overview
Responsible for managing the Assembly production line
Responsibilities
(1) Ensure smooth production operations
- Manage production line activities, coordinate work among departments and team members, monitor production progress and quality.
- Handle production abnormalities, promptly respond to and organize improvements for issues on the production line.
- Special process personnel qualification recognition, responsible for certifying the operational qualifications of personnel in special processes.
(2) On-site Management and Problem Solving
In the daily management of 'Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment, Quality', be the primary person responsible for personnel and environmental/EHS issues, responsible for initial identification and handling of on-site problems.
(3) Efficiency and Quality Control
- Line balancing improvement, balance all processes on the production line, adjust workloads, and increase line balance rates.
- Output management, monitor the first unit, first hour, process output, and overall production achievement rates.
- Quality control, monitor the first-time assembly defect rate, reduce rework waste, and ensure product pass rates
(4) Team and Personnel Development
- New employee guidance, responsible for the three-level training program, organize welcome meetings, mentor-apprentice pairing, issue operation guidelines, and conduct daily themed training and on-the-job performance evaluations.
- Skill instruction: effectively organize and guide work on the production line.
Essential Qualifications
Must possess certain technical and management capabilities, be able to effectively organize and guide production line work, and make quick decisions to ensure the normal operation of the production line
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or higher degree, with priority given to majors related to machinery manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, etc.
- 3 years or more of on-site management experience in machinery manufacturing companies
Skills and Abilities
Proficient in using the DMS system
Good communication skills
