Qualifications
- High School Diploma or a minimum of three years' facilities/custodial-type experience
- New Jersey Driver's License required
- Must currently hold NJ Black Seal Boiler's license or willingness to obtain within one (1) year of employment
- Willingness to follow orders
- Able to work as a group member or independently without continual supervision
- Cooperative attitude with school personnel
- Neat appearance
- Other alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

- 12-month year
- Salary and benefits pursuant to the Teamsters Local 11 Collective Bargaining Agreement
