About Us
The Titans are a premier junior and youth ice hockey organization in New Jersey, competing in the North American Hockey League (NAHL) and operating a full-scale youth development program.
We operate out of the Middletown Sports Complex, a high-traffic community hub that welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors annually through games, leagues, camps, public skating, and events. This creates a powerful platform for local business exposure and sponsorship activation.
About the Role
We are expanding our Giving Partnership Division and hiring one experienced sales professionals (one Middletown, one Brick).
This is a true outbound sales role — not order-taking.
You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting local businesses
- Cold calling and in-person outreach
- Building relationships with decision-makers
- Closing sponsorship deals that drive revenue and community impact
If you are not comfortable walking into a business, starting a conversation, and asking for the deal — this role is not a fit.
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 2 years of sales experience
- 1 years of cold calling / outbound prospecting experience
- Proven ability to generate your own pipeline
- Comfortable with face-to-face selling and in-person meetings

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound outreach (calls, walk-ins, follow-ups)
- Present and sell sponsorship opportunities, including:
- Facility banners and rink signage
- Event and game sponsorships
- In-facility advertising and promotions
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Close new business and maintain partner relationships
- Attend games, events, and community functions as needed
Compensation
- Base Salary: $30,000
- On-Target Earnings: $60,000 – $120,000
- Commission: 15% on closed, paid deals

- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Additional hours for events and client meetings during the week or weekends as needed.
