Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role located in Muncie, IN. The Property Manager will oversee daily property operations, including tenant relations, rent collection, lease administration, and coordinating property maintenance. The role will involve ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and meeting occupancy and revenue targets. The Property Manager will be responsible for leading teams, resolving tenant concerns, inspecting properties, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
