New Home Sales Associate

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and build rapport by maintaining a high level of integrity throughout the sales process.
- Provide information on model homes to gain an understanding of the home buyers' needs.
- Educate the customer of the benefits of Modular/Manufactured homes and available financing.
- Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers via the company's CRM system (HubSpot).
- Facilitate the home order process with the manufacturers and provide documentation to our internal staff, lenders, and manufacturers.
- Follow up with loans, contractors, and customers to ensure an enjoyable home buying experience.
- Maintain model homes to assure a positive customer impression when touring our homes.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience.
- Ability to excel and contribute in a team environment.
- Punctual.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Well organized and self motivated.
- Ability to learn business and finance mortgage concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
