REQUIREMENTS
Possession of a standard high school or high school equivalency diploma and two years of clerical experience.
This position will be filled according to Civil Service rules by a temporary appointment pending Civil Service Examination.

DUTIES
Ensures the accuracy and completeness of papers and forms presented for filing, recording or other action. Assembles a variety of data from office records for incorporation into various reports.
Reviews accounts, reports and other documents for completeness, accuracy and conformity with established procedures. Prepares, and assists in, proofreading typewritten and printed materials.
Use various computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, e-mail and database software in performing work assignments. Operates varied office equipment.
Maintains a daily calendar of activities for the department, building or administrator.
Customary duties associated with the position
SALARY
Salary will be determined according to the MECA Bargaining Unit Agreement.
FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE: Candidates must submit to fingerprint clearance.
