REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
60 College Credits and two years experience related work experience.
or
Graduation of high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and four years of related work experience.
This position will be filled according to the Civil Service rules on a provisional appointment pending civil service examination.
LOCATION
Presidential Park
DUTIES
Acts as receptionist for Principal and Administrators
Prepares, types, and proof-reads work with accuracy
Manages telephones, schedules, meetings and appointments
Manages records for newly registered and exiting students and updates Student Management System as needed
Collaboratively works with all district departments
Customary duties associated with the position
SALARY
Salary will be determined according to the MECA Bargaining Unit Agreement
