Major Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional nursing care according to individualized care plans.
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care.
Monitor resident conditions, assess symptoms, and administer medications/treatments.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
Educate residents and families about health conditions and care procedures.
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications
Active RN license (unencumbered) in the state.
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing resident needs with compassion.
