What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multi Family Construction Laborer position at Middleton Meyers?
As a Construction team member you are responsible for executing & participating in the completion of all assigned projects throughout Middleton Meyers portfolio of Multi-family assets.
What you'll do:
- Background knowledge in Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Gutter cleaning & Soffit/fascia repair
- No issues with working on ladders
- working knowledge of power tools related to construction work
- Previous work history in repairing & installation of kitchen cabinets & countertops
- Has in the past installed exterior & interior doors
- Performing renovations
- Installations including but not limited to kitchen, bathroom, etc
- Previous knowledge of installing hard ware, appliances, etc.
- Teamwork Attitude
- Punctual Attendance
- Cleans up workspace & tools after every job
Qualifications:
- 2 years of multifamily construction experience required
- Construction Knowledge in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical,Painting, Flooring
- Superb Time Management
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must possess a Trustworthy & Results Driven Mentality
