HVACR New Construction Project Manager

Job description

We seek a detail-oriented, proactive New Commercial HVACR Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, along with three to five years of field experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of project scheduling and proficiency in construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for tracking project progress and documentation.
• Prepare and review schematics to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Oversee project scheduling to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage project estimating processes to provide accurate cost assessments.
• Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000 - $110,000 per year
