Commercial HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Bryant, AR. This role supports commercial, industrial, and institutional clients and reports directly to our Commercial HVAC Service Manager. You’ll work independently and alongside small teams to diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems while delivering reliable, energy-efficient solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize system uptime and efficiency

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues

• Work independently or as part of a 2–3 person field team

• Follow safety standards, job planning, and scheduling best practices

• Provide high-quality service to existing and future commercial clients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, including 3 years in commercial HVAC

• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification

• Valid Arkansas driver’s license with insurable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills on commercial equipment

• Experience with large-scale commercial HVAC systems

• Comfortable working independently and in small teams

• Knowledge of commercial facilities, planning, and safe work practices

Pay & Compensation

• $24.00 – $55.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 8-hour shifts (40–45 hours/week)

• Overtime and weekends as needed
