At our practice, your calm hands and clinical confidence already give you a head start. We’ll train you in the rest—chairside assisting, digital dentistry, sterilization protocols, patient communication, and everything that helps our office run like a well-tuned heartbeat.
What You’ll Do (We’ll Teach You!):
Support the doctor chairside during procedures- Take digital scans
- Assist you in starting to get your X-ray license
- Prepare operatories and maintain sterilization flow
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
- Assist with documentation and treatment planning
- Grow your clinical skills every single week
What You Already Bring as a phelbotomist:
- Experience as a phlebotomist or similar clinical role
- Strong patient-care instincts
- Steady hands, calm energy, and excellent communication
- A desire to learn dentistry from the ground up
- Team-player mindset and reliability
