What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Operations Associate position at Middlesex School?
Reporting to the Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid, the Admissions Operations Associate will support multiple aspects of the admissions application process, collaborating with other team members and providing the highest standards of customer service for prospective families. We seek a detail-oriented, technically savvy team player who demonstrates strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with people in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with spreadsheets and databases needed.
Schedule
Generally, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8am – 3pm with additional hours as needed during peak work times; September through June.

Data Functions
- Serve as the primary phone and email contact for prospective families during the application process
- Assist with all steps of the application process: processing, auditing, data scrubbing
- Continuously improve knowledge of Veracross enrollment database
- Occasionally answer phones and schedule tours and interviews for students and families
- Occasional greeter coverage
- Assist with the visit greeting process when needed
- Provide occasional clerical support for admissions officers
- Coordinate all mailings, maintain inventory and order supplies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Working understanding of DB Systems and other systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Able to successfully complete CHRI, CORI, and SORI checks.
