Position Summary
The Receptionist is the central point of communication among patients, providers, other members of the health care team and client companies. She/he provides a superior level of service excellence to patients, providers and staff in a caring and supportive manner. Maintains strict patient confidentiality of personal and financial information of patients at all times.
Responsibilities
- Provides registration data entry
- clerical and reception functions including answering and routing telephone calls
- greeting patients
- scheduling appointments
- processing medical records requests
- filing and any related tasks as delegated by the Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Solid computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Solid communication skills
