- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Review patient files for completeness and accuracy prior to scheduling surgeries.
- Utilize Greenway PrimeSuite software for scheduling, documentation, and health information management.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient scheduling and care coordination.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation review processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
